The Merry Christmas cookie added a real touch of class as the centerpiece of my cookie platters. I used the red velvet recipe and filled the negative space with non-pareils before baking. This mold has a thin spot that tears easily, but I developed a system: I filled the mold, popped it in the freezer while I decorated the previous cookie, then turned it out onto the cookie sheet to decorate while freezing the next one. Problem solved with no time lost.
