Refund policy

We accept returns for purchases that are damaged on arrival or incorrectly fulfilled.

If you are unsatisfied with your cookie mold purchase for any other reason or have questions please contact us and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Your satisfaction is important to us.

Please alert us with the reason for the return via email or number provided below within one week purchased item arrived to destination.

Item is to be repacked in the original packaging (if possible) or other equally sufficient container and shipped to return address provided below.

If product is being returned due to damage or incorrect fulfillment, a full refund including the return shipping cost will be processed within 7 days of the return item being received at address below.

International Policy: If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, original shipping, customs fees, and import taxes are not refundable and the customer is responsible for any import taxes, fees, and return shipping costs incurred. Contact susan@artesaocookiemolds for more details.
