International shipping may be subject to additional import taxes, duties, and customs fees upon delivery ensuring compliance with the country's regulations. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused and/or returned, original shipping is not refundable and the customer is responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

If you have changed your mind about your order return it to us within the 14 days that we grant you as a withdrawal period. Please note that we only accept returns of products that are in original condition.

As part of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the goods must be returned in packaging guaranteeing its protection during transport. If the original packaging is discarded, the buyer must at their own expense provide equivalent packaging or bear the risk of damage. In case of damaged arrival, the refund may be reduced or refused if the damage is due to inadequate packaging.

We will refund you the amount of the products purchased and returned intact. Shipping costs related to the return of your product including customs, taxes, or fees incurred will be paid by you. Any shipping fees due upon the return including customs, taxes will be subtracted from your refund amount. You are responsible for the returned product until it is properly received by our services.

In the case where shipping costs were initially paid and there is a partial return of products, we refund the shipping costs in proportion to the number of products returned.

We will refund this amount within a maximum of 15 days following the return. After our services have inspected the returned product and verified that it meets the conditions described above, the refund will be processed directly to the Credit/Debit Card used to place the order.
