Give back nightingale mold is great

This is a large mold, but it is a breeze to unmold the dough from it. The mold is so flexible the dough just peels out. I love painting the cookies. I have painted the bird as a goldfinch, a nightingale, and a bluebird. With or without paint because of the size and design, it makes for a very striking cookie for presentation.
